Blossom Health exists to solve the mental health epidemic in America by partnering with psychiatrists to expand access to affordable, timely, clinically-effective mental healthcare. Our AI-native care platform is loved by hundreds of clinicians and thousands of patients.

We’re a Series A company with $20M+ raised from Headline, Village Global, and the founders of General Catalyst, Flatiron Health, Sword Health, Fay, Elemy, Zip, Blank Street, Assured, Bridge, Birches Health, and Enzo Health.

The Role:

We’re looking for a Head of Clinical Partnerships to build and lead one of Blossom’s most important growth channels.

We’ve seen strong evidence that partnerships with healthcare providers can drive meaningful patient growth. Now, we’re looking for an exceptional GTM leader to take that insight and build a repeatable, scalable growth engine around it.

You’ll start by getting close to the market yourself: understanding our referring providers, refining our ICP, testing the sales motion, and identifying what drives providers to consistently entrust Blossom with their patients’ psychiatric care.

From there, you’ll build the operating playbook and lead a high-performing Clinical Partnerships organization as we expand across territories and, ultimately, nationally.

This is a zero-to-one leadership role. You won't inherit a mature sales organization or an established playbook. You'll help create it. The right way, from ground up.

You will report directly the Founder CEO.

Please note: This is a full-time role and you must be located in New York City, New York.

Why You Should Work Here:
  • 🚀 Be early in a hyper-growth startup - You'll be on the ground floor of a hyper-scaling startup

  • 🤝 High trust and autonomy - You’ll have ownership over your work and operate with freedom, responsibility, and autonomy.

  • 🧠 Talent-dense team - Work with a team built on mutual respect and admiration, with shared goals, motivations, and vision for the future

  • 🏃 We move with speed and purpose - Everyday, your work will translate into making a real difference for the millions of Americans who need help with their mental health

What we're looking for:
  • Proven GTM success — You have a strong track record across sales, partnerships, growth, or GTM and can point to measurable commercial results you've personally driven.

  • Zero-to-one experience — You've built, launched, or meaningfully scaled a GTM motion rather than only operating within an established sales organization.

  • High-growth startup experience — You understand the speed, ambiguity, ownership, and intensity required to build at an early-stage, venture-backed company.

  • Strong leadership — You've managed high-performing teams, set ambitious goals, coached people effectively, and know how to create accountability.

  • Strategic and analytical horsepower — You're comfortable moving between high-level strategy and the underlying data needed to make good commercial decisions.

  • Player-coach mentality — You're willing to personally test the motion and learn from the market rather than managing exclusively from behind a desk.

  • Commercial instinct — You understand sales funnels, conversion, territories, attribution, incentives, performance management, and the mechanics behind a strong GTM organization.

  • Exceptional communication — You can build credibility with healthcare providers, motivate a team, and communicate clearly with company leadership.

  • Relentless ownership — You move quickly, operate well with incomplete information, and find a way forward when the playbook doesn't exist.

Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required. We're more interested in exceptional builders who have succeeded in high-growth environments.

What you'll do:
  • Own the Clinical Partnerships strategy — Develop and execute the strategy for growing Blossom through relationships with PCPs and other healthcare providers.

  • Prove and refine the motion — Get into the market yourself, speak with providers, test approaches, refine our ICP and understand what drives consistent patient referrals.

  • Build a repeatable growth engine — Turn early learnings into a scalable sales motion, including segmentation, territory strategy, messaging, processes, and operating cadence.

  • Lead the team — Set ambitious goals, establish accountability, coach performance, and develop an exceptional Clinical Partnerships organization.

  • Own the numbers — Define the KPIs that matter across provider acquisition, activation, referral volume, patient conversion, territory performance, and channel economics.

  • Drive territory expansion — Determine where and when Blossom should enter new markets based on data, opportunity, and what we learn in the field.

  • Partner across Blossom — Work closely with Growth, Operations, Clinical, Product, and leadership to remove friction for referring providers and their patients.

  • Scale what works — Take the function from an early-stage motion to a major patient acquisition channel for Blossom.

You'll be a good fit if:
  • You want to build, not inherit.

  • You're equally comfortable developing strategy and getting into the weeds to execute it.

  • You have high standards for yourself and the people you lead.

  • You use data to make decisions but don't wait for perfect information before acting.

  • You're energized by ambitious goals, rapid iteration, and significant ownership.

  • You care deeply about expanding access to high-quality mental healthcare.

  • You want the opportunity to build a function to national scale.

Benefits:
  • $150,000–$220,000 base salary

  • Meaningful equity ownership

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance

  • Company card for business expenses

  • Team outings and offsites

  • Unlimited PTO

  • A beautiful, sun-filled, fully-stocked startup office in the heart of Flatiron
