Role Overview

Harvey is seeking a Head of Content & Strategy to own our content engine and transform how we scale storytelling across channels. You will be responsible for building and executing a holistic content strategy that establishes Harvey as the authoritative voice in legal AI, drives awareness in key markets, and fuels the pipeline for GTM.

This role requires both editorial instinct and operational rigor. You will have a social-first mindset, understanding how to turn company moments, ideas, and product launches into high-velocity content that drives engagement and follower growth across LinkedIn, X, and Instagram.

Help shape Harvey’s story to be told across every touchpoint from long-form, thought leadership, blog, social, podcasts and video formats.

What You'll Do
  • Content Strategy & Editorial Calendar: Own Harvey’s global content strategy, set the editorial calendar, and ensure alignment across GTM, Product Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Engagement.

  • Content Governance & Frameworks: Define tone, voice, and editorial standards; build reusable frameworks and templates for scalable storytelling.

  • Thought Leadership & Category Narrative: Partner with executives and subject matter experts to develop Harvey’s POV and establish authority in the market.

  • Social and Customer Evangelism: Own Harvey’s organic social media strategy, editorial calendar, and manage social media agency for publishing across LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels (Reddit, G2, others).

  • Multi-Channel Content Production: Oversee creation and distribution of content across blog, social, video, SEO, and emerging channels; ensure repurposing of high-value assets.

  • Analytics & SEO: Own reporting on content performance, SEO, and listening tools; translate insights into recommendations that drive reach and conversion.

  • Innovation & Workflow Optimization: Pilot automation and AI tools to improve production efficiency and accelerate distribution.

  • Leadership & Enablement: Serve as an advisor to marketing leadership; coach GTM teams on how to best leverage content in field, customer, and partner interactions. Manage the content and social marketing team of FTEs, freelancers, and agencies.

What You Have
  • Experience in content marketing, editorial strategy, integrated marketing, and directly managed corporate social media profiles ideally with B2B SaaS or professional services exposure.

  • Demonstrated success building and scaling content engines that balance brand storytelling with measurable business impact.

  • Strong editorial judgment and ability to distill complex ideas into compelling narratives.

  • Experience managing multi-channel content strategies, including SEO, social, and video.

  • Proven ability to establish governance, processes, and scalable content frameworks.

  • Familiarity with AI/automation tools for marketing a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills, with a bias toward clarity and authority.

  • Comfortable operating both strategically and tactically in a fast-moving environment.
