Your role and responsibilities

• Act as a strategic advisor to the C-suite, providing insights on AI-driven product innovation and data strategy.
• Stay ahead of emerging technology trends in AI, machine learning, and data science, evaluating their potential impact and applicability to Addition Wealth.
• Drive the development and implementation of a robust data infrastructure to enable seamless data collection, integration, and analytics.
• Leverage data to build personalized experiences that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
• Develop and oversee AI and machine learning models to optimize key business functions, including customer insights, operational efficiencies, and risk management.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to integrate AI solutions into new and existing offerings.
• Champion ethical AI practices, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and maintaining user trust.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of data professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Establish metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness and impact of AI and data initiatives across the organization.
• Represent Addition Wealth as a thought leader in AI and data, both internally and in external forums, conferences, and industry discussions.
