Wells Fargo is seeking a Head of Enterprise Brand Marketing & Integration to lead the strategy, development, and execution of the company's most visible brand campaigns and enterprise marketing initiatives. This executive leader will shape how Wells Fargo tells its story across customers, communities, and stakeholders while driving alignment across business lines, marketing, communications, and executive leadership. The role is responsible for building and overseeing a best-in-class enterprise campaign model, fostering strong agency partnerships, and ensuring all brand experiences consistently reflect Wells Fargo's values, strategic priorities, and commitment to customer success. Responsibilities
Enterprise Campaign Strategy & Leadership
• Own the vision, strategy, and execution of the company's enterprise brand campaign, ensuring it delivers against reputational, commercial, and customer objectives
• Define enterprise-level campaign priorities and narratives tied to corporate strategy
• Serve as the senior-most leader overseeing integrated, multi-channel campaigns across major brand moments
Executive Influence & Enterprise Alignment
• Act as a trusted partner to the C-level business leaders and executives on high-profile campaigns and brand initiatives
• Lead alignment forums that bring together marketing, communications, and business leadership
• Provide clear, concise recommendations to executive stakeholders on campaign performance and opportunities
• Partner across lines of business to enable one-firm campaign thinking and execution
• Identify opportunities to consolidate or elevate campaigns into enterprise-level platforms
• Ensure consistent messaging, positioning, and customer experience across all campaigns
Agency Ecosystem Leadership
• Design and lead a centralized agency team across creative, media, and integrated partners
• Connect partners across major agency relationships, ensuring strategic alignment, integration, and brand leadership
• Drive innovation and elevate creative quality and brand expression
Campaign Excellence & Governance
• Develop and enforce standards for campaign strategy, creative development, channel mix, and measurement
• Build processes that enhance cross-functional coordination (e.g., marketing, communications, digital, product)
• Establish centralized reporting and KPIs to measure campaign performance and inform future strategy
Integrated Campaign Execution
• Oversee end-to-end campaign orchestration across channels, and ensure campaigns are audience-centric, data-informed, and support best practices
Brand Stewardship
• Ensure all enterprise campaigns reinforce a distinct, consistent, and differentiated brand

Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms, Social Media Marketing, Strategy, or Senior Business Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 6+ years of Management experience
- Proven track record of leading transformational, large-scale brand campaigns across complex, matrixed organizations
- Experience working closely with C-suite leadership
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing and role of brand in full-funnel strategy
- Exceptional ability to influence, align, and drive decisions at the highest levels of an organization
- Experience in financial services, tech, or similarly complex industries a plus
- Background in brand transformation or enterprise-level campaigns
- Familiarity with centralized marketing operating models or Center of Excellence
- Enterprise thinker: Sees across silos and drives "one-company" outcomes
- Executive presence: Comfortable operating with and advising the CEO and Operating Committee
