The Role

We’re looking for a Head of Growth to own the strategy and execution behind Rehearsals’ growth engine. This is a hybrid role, equal parts sales leader, marketer, and creative operator.

You’ll build our pipeline, lead outbound and inbound efforts, drive top-line growth, and shape how the world understands what we’re building. You’ll also act as the voice of the customer, translating insights into go-to-market strategy and helping guide the product roadmap.

You’ll work directly with the CEO, design, and engineering teams, and will have full ownership over how we bring Rehearsals to market.

What You’ll Do

  • Own Rehearsals’ growth strategy, spanning content, brand, and revenue.
  • Build and manage sales pipeline, from outbound prospecting to closing partnerships.
  • Create and execute content and social strategies that expand reach and drive inbound interest.
  • Develop messaging that clearly communicates our mission and differentiates Rehearsals in a new category.
  • Represent the voice of the customer in leadership and product conversations.
  • Design data-driven experiments to improve conversion, engagement, and retention.
  • Leverage tools like Clay, Sales Navigator, and digital ad platforms to scale results.
  • Build systems and processes that enable repeatable growth.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven record of creating both social and commercial growth.
  • At least 5,000 followers across personal platforms, or demonstrated ability to grow brand accounts to 50,000+ followers, or verifiable contribution to $10M+ in pipeline or revenue generation.
  • Strong background in sales development, marketing strategy, and brand growth.
  • Hands-on experience with short-form content (filming, editing, and distribution).
  • Analytical mindset with deep intuition for human behavior and storytelling.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and high expectations.
