What we're looking for

Rain is looking for a Head of Network Operations, in this role, you’ll work closely with our implementation team, and our finance team to help expand Rain’s products on each card network, expand card network partnerships, and assist in the onboarding of clients that require new products or dedicated BINs.

What You'll Do

• Partner with card networks to launch new products, set up new BINs, etc.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client integrations that require card networks implementations.

• Support the design of integration workflows for new business customers.

• Assist client facing teams on card network related manners.

• Integrate with new physical card providers.

• Manager the physical card manufacturing and shipping process from end to end.

• Collaborate with the product team to provide structured feedback and influence roadmap decisions.

What you will bring to Rain

• 5+ years at Visa or Mastercard and familiarity setting up new BINs, products, etc

• You’re comfortable explaining complex products to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• You love working directly with customers and solving real business problems through software.

• You have experience integrating with financial systems

• You thrive in early-stage environments where you can build processes from scratch.

Desirable but not mandatory

• Familiarity with Stablecoins.

• Familiarity with CRMs like Hubspot.

Compensation will vary based on experience from $120,000-$200,000
