The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Lead a partner network from first outreach through launch and long-term relationship management. This founding-team leadership role spans business development, implementation oversight, partner retention and internal advocacy on behalf of partners.
What you'll do
- Identify, pitch and sign new partner organizations, and build a repeatable approach for each segment.
- Guide each partner from signed agreement to go-live, coordinating contracts, technical integration and internal teams to speed up onboarding.
- Own ongoing engagement and retention through regular check-ins, reviews and proactive communication.
- Manage partner payments, including revenue share reporting.
- Represent the partner perspective internally and help shape product and roadmap decisions.
Requirements
What we're looking for
- 6+ years in partner-facing roles such as network development, practice operations or data network growth.
- Proven record of signing and managing partnerships with independent practices and provider groups.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to run many implementations at once without letting any slip.
- Comfort with healthcare data concepts and with coordinating legal agreements.
- Experience leading sales conversations with independent practices or provider groups.
- A trusted relationship builder who is responsive, straightforward and organized.
- Willingness to travel to partner sites and conferences.
- Based in New York City or willing to relocate.

- Comfort working in a lean, fast-moving organization where roles are broad.
- Background in healthcare partnerships.

- Base salary: USD 155,000 to 170,000 per year
