Lead Nory's global partnership strategy, focusing on acquisition and brand growth in the US and UK. Collaborate with teams, manage relationships, and develop frameworks to drive success.

Let’s fix hospitality, for good.

Running restaurants in the US is brutal - margins are razor thin, waste is high, and teams are stretched to the limit. But it doesn’t have to be this hard. That’s why we built Nory.

Our CEO, Conor, knows the pain first-hand. After founding and scaling Mad Egg in Ireland, he got tired of juggling “market-leading” systems, clunky spreadsheets, and endless printouts. So he built the tool he wished he’d had from day one.

Nory is the all-knowing restaurant management system. It blends real-time data with AI predictive analytics, giving operators control of their margins. From food prep to forecasting, it’s operational intelligence that helps restaurants run with consistency, certainty, and profit. The result? Thriving restaurants, better jobs, less waste, stronger margins.

And we’re just getting started. Fresh off a Series B led by Kinnevik and Accel, we’ve grown to 70+ people across Ireland, the UK, and Spain - and now we’re bringing Nory to the US.

We’re now looking for a Head of Partnerships to join our Marketing & Growth team in our new NYC office. In this role, you’ll build and lead Nory’s global partnership strategy — defining how we unlock new distribution channels, deepen industry relationships, and fuel our expansion across the US and European markets.

What you’ll be doing

This is your chance to build a partnership function from the ground up at one of Europe’s fastest-growing restaurant tech startups — right as we expand into the US.

You’ll work directly with senior leadership, own strategy end-to-end, and see tangible impact fast. If you want to help define how an entire sector scales smarter — and make hospitality work for everyone — this is the place to do it.

  • Own and execute Nory’s partnership strategy — with a laser focus on driving acquisition and brand growth in the US and UKI.

  • Identify, evaluate, and activate high-impact partners — from industry associations and POS providers to restaurant tech ecosystems and hospitality innovators.

  • Develop frameworks, playbooks, and performance metrics that turn partnerships into a repeatable, data-driven growth engine.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to embed partnerships into every part of our GTM motion.

  • Negotiate and manage strategic relationships that deliver measurable commercial impact and long-term brand visibility.

  • Champion the channel internally — building confidence that partnerships are a core, predictable growth lever.

  • Represent Nory externally — at key industry events, partner summits, and within the wider hospitality tech community.

What you’ll bring
  • Deep understanding of the US restaurant and hospitality sector — ideally with firsthand experience navigating its ecosystem.

  • Proven track record in partnership leadership, ideally within hospitality tech or a fast-scaling SaaS environment.

  • Expertise in partnership strategy and execution — from market mapping to deal negotiation and partner enablement.

  • Strong commercial and negotiation acumen, balancing strategic value with revenue outcomes.

  • Highly analytical and outcome-driven — confident designing KPIs, tracking ROI, and iterating based on data.

  • Natural cross-functional collaborator — adept at aligning Marketing, Sales, Product, and Ops around shared partnership goals.

What you’ll get in return

💰 Annual compensation range between $200-275k OTE, with a 50/50 base/variable split and uncapped commission

📈 Meaningful equity with standard 4-year vesting and 1-year cliff – at Nory everyone is an owner!

📈 401k with company match up to 4%

🌴 20 days paid time off, plus public holidays

🏥 Private health, dental, and vision insurance with 100% employee cover and 50% dependent cover

🍼 12 weeks paid parental leave for birthing parent, 4 weeks of paid leave for non-birthing parent and baby loss support

📚 $1,000 annual personal development budget + quarterly book budget

🖥️ $250 home office workspace budget

🥳 Regular travel to London or Dublin, or for team offsites (we’re heading to Lisbon in October)

👏 And much more

How we work

Our vision is to build a better future for the restaurant industry.

One where operators are in control, margins are stronger, and frontline teams can build careers they’re proud of. To get there, we move fast, stay focused, and hold ourselves to a high bar. Our values guide how we work, grow, and win – together:

  • We serve up impact with a side of profit – real results for our partners

  • We prioritise speed of service – move fast, unblock quickly

  • We act like owners – raise the bar and build better every day

  • We win as a crew – feedback, collaboration, and shared wins

We hire humans.

At Nory, we believe diverse teams build better products. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, identities, and walks of life. What matters is how you think, how you work, and the impact you create. Please let us know if you need any adjustments so you can bring your best self to the process.
