What you’ll own
  • Revenue Operations strategy, processes, systems, reporting, and governance

  • Salesforce administration, optimization, data quality, and governance

  • Pipeline management, forecasting, territories, quotas, and sales analytics

  • Sales commissions, incentives, and variable compensation calculations

  • Partner commissions, referral fees, and revenue-share calculations

  • Deal desk, commercial operations, and cross-functional approval workflows

  • Executive dashboards, KPIs, revenue reporting, and operating cadences

  • Revenue technology, automation, and scalable process improvements

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Finance Operations, or a related field

  • 3+ years owning a Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or comparable function

  • Strong, hands-on Salesforce expertise, including reporting, dashboards, workflows, and data governance

  • Experience with forecasting, pipeline management, commissions, and revenue reporting

  • Advanced spreadsheet and analytical skills with strong financial and commercial judgment

  • Ability to operate strategically while staying close to systems, data, reporting, and calculations

  • Confidence partnering directly with senior executives and cross-functional teams

Important: This position is based in New York City and requires full-time, in-person attendance. It is not a remote or hybrid role.
