We've raised over $5M in Seed funding backed by Companyon Ventures, Bessemer Venture Partners, UIF, and CEAS Investments. We're hiring to build the best infrastructure to replace multi-channel messaging stacks.
The Role
We're hiring a Head of Sales to take us from a PLG-heavy motion to a true sales process. We need someone who can standardize how we handle our inbound sign-up volume while also opening the top end of the market. The TAM is massive, we need someone who can go get it.
This is a player-coach role. You'll be closing deals directly for the first stretch, alongside our sales team of 5, then building team around the playbook you've created. If you want to operate four layers up from the customer, this isn't the right fit.
What you'll do
Own new logo revenue and quota for the company
Close mid-market and enterprise deals directly while the team is small
Build a repeatable outbound motion alongside the existing inbound engine, and standardize qualification, pricing, forecasting, and comp
Hire, ramp, and manage AEs against that playbook
Move us up-market without breaking what already works at the SMB and startup end
Get founders out of the deal cycle by building process that holds up at scale
Work with Carrier Ops and Engineering to scope custom deals and feed signal back into the roadmap
What you bring
7+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 2 years carrying a number at an API or developer-first company
Track record of closing six and seven-figure deals
Built or substantially scaled a sales team from under 5 reps to 20+
Experience taking a company through the transition from PLG / inbound to an outbound motion
Comfort selling technical products to technical buyers (CTOs, VPs of Engineering, Heads of Product)
Bonus: CPaaS, messaging, telecom, or adjacent infrastructure experience
