  • Maintain clear alignment with FCRM leadership, technology partners, and vendor stakeholders on roadmap priorities, delivery sequencing, dependencies, and implementation schedules.
  • Provide senior-level delivery accountability across technology and data components, proactively managing risks, issues, dependencies, funding considerations, and delivery trade-offs.

  • Knowledge of anti-money laundering, financial crimes compliance, fraud, sanctions, investigations, regulatory reporting, or a comparable risk domain; investigations-focused experience is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of banking data relevant to financial crimes investigations, including customer, account, transaction, alert, case, counterparty, and regulatory reporting data.
  • Experience with enterprise integrations, data pipelines, APIs, batch processing, online system integrations, data transformation, and historical data migration.
  • Experience delivering mission-critical platforms with regulatory, audit, resiliency, privacy, security, and data governance requirements.
  • Familiarity with AI, machine learning, automation, and advanced analytics use cases that improve analytical, operational, or investigative workflows, with an appreciation for governance, explainability, and responsible adoption.
