The Opportunity

We're reimagining fashion shopping with AI avatars. To do this we're developing cutting-edge diffusion models and designing novel, personalized interfaces.

We're a small team of creative builders in NYC with a rare combination of taste and deep AI expertise. Previously we've shipped consumer products to millions at Apple, DeepMind, Meta, and startups. Backed by the investors behind OpenAI, Cursor, and SKIMS, our company is positioned at the intersection of AI, technology, and culture.

The Role

We're looking for a resourceful In-House Creator to work in-person from our office in Brooklyn, NY. You'll sit at the center of Doji's content engine, turning ideas into finished prototypes fast (same day when the moment calls for it), and turning what works into briefs our external creator network can run with.

You should be chronically online, quick with a camera and an edit, and able to break down why a video worked in seconds. You're not here to build your own audience through this work, you're here to help us discover what kind of content authentically works for Doji. Must be passionate about fashion.

As In-House Creator you will…
  • Ideate content concepts across TikTok, IG, and Reels

  • Prototype ideas fast – days, not weeks. Same-day for trending moments.

  • Build and maintain our reference library (organic UGC, good vs. bad examples)

  • Turn ideas into shootable, shareable briefs external creators can execute against

  • Liaise with external creators. Provide direction, quick answers, help nailing the brief

You're a great fit if you…
  • Have strong video editing skills and can turn a rough concept into a real prototype end-to-end (CapCut, Premiere, or your tool of choice)

  • Move fast – speed matters as much as polish

  • Have wide creative range

  • Are fashion + culture fluent

  • Are comfortable focusing on what works for Doji, not going viral yourself

  • Can spot real talent and can recognize a great creator (established or on the come up) when you see them

Bonus if you…
  • Have an existing creator network or on-camera presence

  • Have prior experience at a fashion, culture, or tech-forward brand or agency

  • Have a demonstrated hit, viral moment or something you made that went further than expected

Logistics

Compensation: Paid (Rate TBD)

Hours: PT contract with potential for FT

Location: Brooklyn, NY in-person

Start: ASAP
