At Tracksuit, we're building an incredible product that our customers LOVE and use every day. We're looking for a bold, full-stack content creator to join Tracksuit Studio and help us build the biggest, most engaged marketing and brand audience in the world.

Our vision is to be used in every strategic growth conversation for the best consumer brands of today and tomorrow. We're doing this by becoming the common language to measure, understand and communicate the value of brand building. We've built beautiful, always-on, radically affordable brand tracking. At just under 6 years old, we're incredibly grateful and excited to be working with over 1,000 epic brands across the US, UK, AU & NZ, like Doordash, Adore Beauty, Bondi Sands, Milkrun and more.

Are you Tracksuit's new In-House Social Creator?

If you dream in memes, eat internet trends for breakfast, and can translate complex ideas into shareable, human-led content, you'll thrive here.

You'll take an idea from concept through to execution across multiple formats, mainly video, with a high level of craft. You're just as happy in front of the lens as deep in the edit, and you're allergic to buzzwords, jargon, and anything that smells like content-factory volume over real creative instinct.

Every week we publish the Inside Track, a feed of the biggest and most interesting brand metric movements across our data set. Your job is to take numbers most companies would bury in a slide and turn them into something people actually want to watch, laugh at, or share. Think: Claude quietly outpacing ChatGPT on awareness growth over the last twelve months, and finding the meme, the angle, or the internet-culture moment that makes that land.

You'll also play a lead creative role on our major global campaign activity throughout the year. This is a critical seat at the Tracksuit Studio table, a lean but mighty creative engine centralised out of New York. You'll work alongside a Video Editor, a Staff Writer/Editorial Manager, and a Social Media Manager, all reporting into the Head of Brand. This role owns idea-to-finished-video, in front of and behind the camera. The Social Media Manager handles channel strategy, scheduling, and community management, so you can focus on making things that stop the scroll.

We don't operate in a category where we're saving lives, so the risk of being boring is higher than the risk of saying something a bit weird. We want you to push the boat out.

You will be responsible for:

    Content creation & execution

  • Take Tracksuit's weekly brand data insights (the Inside Track) and turn them into culturally relevant, funny, insightful video content.
  • Go from idea to live quickly, without getting stuck in approval layers, maintaining a high pace that gives you real-world feedback rather than chasing content-factory volume.
  • Play a lead creative role on major global campaign activity throughout the year.
  • Repurposing & format development

  • Repurpose longer-form content (blog posts, videos, interviews) into concise, compelling, social-first formats designed for maximum share-ability and “Mom I made this!” pride.
  • Trend & culture spotting

  • Use your good taste and creative instinct to spot cultural and social trends before they peak (or after, if that's the vibe) and know how to leverage them authentically for the brand.
  • Storytelling & audience growth

  • Entertain first, educate second, knowing people remember how content made them feel more than what it told them
  • Help grow Tracksuit's US audience, leading the charge on our mission to become a media company that happens to sell software

Key characteristics:

  • A portfolio full of lols: engaging video storytelling made end-to-end, not just edited from someone else's brief or ideation
  • Demonstrated autonomy: you identify opportunities and ship without much oversight
  • A natural instinct for internet culture and trends, with the ability to leverage them authentically for brand communication
  • Strong editorial judgement, turning complex data or technical topics into simple, compelling social content
  • Thinks in memes, talks like a real person, and is allergic to buzzwords and industry jargon
  • Possible background in media or journalism, building your own audience online, or a side hustle built around storytelling; open to raw talent from adjacent fields (comedy, UGC, consumer brands, and beyond!)
  • No B2B background required, and it might even help if you don't have one

You in TL;DR form:

👀 You're a maker. A storyteller. A one-person production crew who can turn a spark of an idea into a piece of content that stops the scroll and makes people feel something. Whether you're filming in the wild, building it in the studio, or conjuring the impossible with AI, you bring stories to life with skill, instinct, and unexplainable joy.
