  • Monitor enrollment status and follow up with payers regarding outstanding requests or issues.
  • Maintain accurate payer enrollment records and track upcoming renewals and revalidations.
  • Coordinate updates to provider information, including demographics, locations, specialties, affiliations, and other payer requirements.

HR Administration & Support

  • Maintain accurate employee and provider information within HR and credentialing systems.
  • Assist with onboarding activities and ensure required documentation is completed prior to start dates.
  • Prepare reports, tracking tools, correspondence, and other materials related to HR and provider administration.
  • Respond to routine questions from employees, providers, and leadership and escalate complex issues as appropriate.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee, provider, and organizational information.
  • Assist with HR projects and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Experience with provider credentialing, privileging, or payer enrollment preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining accurate records.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with providers, leadership, and internal departments.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic HR or credentialing systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Why Join Our Team?

Join an organization where your work directly supports our providers, employees, and the delivery of quality healthcare to the communities we serve.
