Support the people operations backbone of a growing tech company. As an HR Analyst on Samba's People team, you'll help ensure our HR data, systems, and processes run smoothly — enabling smarter, faster decisions about our workforce. This role sits within the G&A function and directly supports the People team's ability to scale recruiting, onboarding, performance, and employee programs as Samba grows globally.

What You'll Do

    • Maintain and analyze HR data across headcount, attrition, compensation, and hiring metrics

    • Support reporting and dashboard creation for People team leadership

    • Assist with HRIS administration, data integrity audits, and system updates

    • Help coordinate HR programs including onboarding, performance cycles, and engagement surveys

    • Partner with Finance and Talent Acquisition on workforce planning data, reporting, and requisition tracking

    • Support compliance tracking across employment policies, particularly across our US and international offices

What We're Looking For

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field (Class of 2026 preferred)

    • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills; HRIS exposure (Workday, BambooHR, etc.) a plus

    • Analytical mindset with comfort working in data-driven environments

    • Discreet and trustworthy when handling sensitive employee information

    • Interest in building a career in People Operations, HR Analytics, or Total Rewards
