We're looking for an HR Business Partner to support our Sales and Marketing teams. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives working closely with business leaders — helping them make better people decisions, building high-performing teams, and driving a strong employee experience.

You'll own the full HRBP remit for these functions: from day-to-day advisory to org design, performance, engagement, and employee relations. You'll work cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and L&D, and partner with global HR teams to ensure consistency across regions.

This is a great opportunity to build strong HR fundamentals while influencing key decisions on high-impact teams.

What You’ll Do & How You’ll Make an Impact.

Business Partnership

  • Act as the primary HR partner for Sales and Marketing leaders — a trusted advisor on all people-related topics

  • Develop a deep understanding of each function's priorities, team dynamics, and challenges

  • Work closely with global HR and business teams to ensure alignment and consistency across regions

People Programs

  • Drive and support core HR cycles: performance reviews, goal setting, mid-year check-ins, compensation changes, and promotions

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and L&D to support business needs and fill capability gaps

  • Analyze people data — attrition, engagement scores, headcount trends — to surface risks and inform leadership decisions

Team Effectiveness & Engagement

  • Support leaders in building high-performing teams; diagnose engagement gaps and follow through on action plans

  • Partner on org design and headcount planning discussions as teams scale or restructure

Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Manage employee relations matters including performance improvement plans, investigations, and reasonable accommodation requests

  • Ensure people practices comply with applicable federal and state employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, Title VII, and relevant state law)

Who You Are & What You’ll Need to Succeed.

  • 3–6 years of HR experience, with at least 1-2 years in an HRBP or equivalent role

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience

  • Experience working with Sales or Marketing teams is a strong plus

  • Exposure to sales compensation or incentive plan design is an added advantage

  • Familiarity with Workday or a similar HRIS

  • Prior involvement in compensation reviews, workforce planning, or org design discussions

  • You build credibility with leaders quickly — through follow-through, good judgment, and directness

  • You navigate ambiguous situations and competing priorities without waiting for perfect information

  • You're comfortable working across all levels, from front-line managers to senior leaders

  • You bring structure and pragmatism to problems — identifying practical solutions, not just frameworks

Why You’ll Love Us.

  • Work-life balance. Our work is thrilling and meaningful, but we know balance is key to living well.

  • We celebrate one another’s differences. We’re proud of our culture of diversity and inclusion. We foster a culture of belonging. Our company and customers benefit when employees bring their authentic selves to work. We have programs that bring us together on important issues and provide learning and development opportunities for all employees. We have 20 + affinity groups where you can network and connect with Newfolders globally.

  • We care about you. We provide excellent Health Insurance options to fit you, HSA, Medical, Dental, Vision, Matching 401K, Life/AD&D/STD/LTD, Tuition Reimbursement, Pet Insurance, Generous vacation policy, and much more!

  • Where can we take you? We’re fans of helping our employees learn different aspects of the business, be challenged with new tasks, be mentored, and grow their careers.

The total target compensation range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000. Individual salaries are determined by various factors including, but not limited to candidate qualifications such as skills, education, and experience, as well as internal equity and market conditions.
