The HR Generalist will support the Chief Administrative Officer and serve as a key point of contact for employees, managers, and leadership on day-to-day HR operations. This role will support full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, facilities and HR administration while ensuring efficient operations and a positive employee experience.Core Responsibilities
HR Operations & Employee Support
· Serve as a key point of contact for employee inquiries related to benefits, time off, payroll, compensation, and HR systems.
· Act as liaison with Corporate HR, Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits teams.
Talent Lifecycle & Recruiting
· Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for W-2 and 1099 workers, including system setup, orientation, and ServiceNow workflows.
· Draft and maintain job descriptions and offer letters. Screen candidates, assist with interviews.
· Assist managers with onboarding, role changes, and terminations.
· Manage relationships with external recruiting firms
Performance & Employee Relations
· Support managers with employee performance issues, corrective action, and mediation.
· Partner with Corporate HR and Legal on employee relations and compliance matters.
Training & Culture
· Coordinate new-hire training and ongoing training initiatives.
· Support culture-building initiatives including employee events, recognition programs, and company swag.
Operations, Facilities & Projects
· Support workplace operations including office coordination, seating management, and front desk oversight.
· Manage facilities-related needs such as maintenance issues, repairs, and workplace improvements.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
· 3–5+ years of HR generalist or HR operations experience.
· Experience with HRIS systems; Workday strongly preferred.
· Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to manage high-volume tasks while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
The annual base salary for this position is $85,000.00 - $100,00.00.
