This position is required to be ONSITE in our NYC office Monday through Thursday with Friday being remote.

Salary range: An annual salary range of $70,000 - $75,000 is what we expect to pay for this position, based on overall skills and experience.

What You’ll Do:

The People Experience Team (PXT) seeks a recent college graduate or an early career professional to join our Shared Services team.   • PXT Solutions Operations
    • Process all employee changes and updates within Workday including promotions, onboarding, terminations, transfers, compensation changes.
    • Monitor and manage the PXT shared mailbox as the central intake for PXT requests.
    • Own TM engagement with respect to first-line support for PXT inquiries questions on policies, benefits, and payroll; escalate complex issues as needed.
    • Track and document team member cases to ensure timely follow-up.
    • Process employment verifications, unemployment claims, and monitoring expenses.
    • Act as a backup for other PXT Solutions team members to minimize key person risk.
    • Support completion of I-9s for new hires.
    • Ensure all candidates hired successfully complete the background check screening process, communicating any flags for resolution to the Talent Acquisition lead, prior to the start date.
    • Drive AI solutions and efficiencies within PXT.
    • Support compliance reviews and assist with preparation for internal/external audits.
  • Project & Program Management
    • Track delivery of PXT-led projects, maintaining trackers and status updates to ensure deadlines are met.
    • Support follow-ups and action tracking from meetings to drive accountability.
    • On-going maintenance of the PXT Intranet content to ensure compliance.
  • PXT Operational Rhythm
    • Coordinate and run PXT all-hands, offsites, and quarterly planning.
    • Partner with PXT leadership to build and monitor the team’s strategic roadmap.

What Do You Need?

  • This position is ideal for a recent college graduate with a degree in Human Resources; Master’s degree is a huge plus.
  • Experience with using AI tools for automation and efficiency.
  • 1-2 years of work experience, in a corporate or professional atmosphere. Internship focusing in HR operations is preferred. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • The ability to thrive in a high demand, entrepreneurial environment.
  • High level of curiosity and desire to learn and do new things.
  • Proactive problem-solving.
  • Comfort working with ambiguity.

Technology Skills:

  • Experience working with Workday (strongly preferred)
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong knowledge of AI tools
  • Ability to work with other Customers Bank’s applications.
