About Us

Key Responsibilities:
Administer the company’s performance management system.
Collaborate with managers to create individual development plans (IDPs).
Track implementation of development activities and evaluate outcomes.
Support succession planning initiatives by identifying high-potential employees.
Develop and implement employee engagement programs that promote motivation, collaboration, and retention.
Design, administer, and analyze employee satisfaction and engagement surveys.
Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps in skills and competencies.
Coordinate training programs to address identified needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend adjustments for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business, or equivalent
With at least 2 years work experience, preferably in the facets of Performance and/or Training
Confident to communicate across all levels within the organization
Willing to work onsite once a week at West Avenue, Quezon City.
