Our mission is to be a universal symbol of trust. In an age of distrust where truth itself is under threat, that’s worth springing out of bed for. More than 800 of us do that every day in one of the seven countries and eight cities where we currently operate. 

We are well on our way - but there’s still a long way to go. We need someone to join our NYC office and help us find and hire incredible people for our US offices. Interested? 

Your Role

Finding the very best talent to help us on our mission is vitally important which is why we’re looking for a strategic, delivery-focused Recruiter. This is a performance based position where your contributions to the team will be seen in the people you bring into the office, so if you are passionate about Talent Acquisition and ready to have fun, be creative and work hard, hit that apply button!

At Trustpilot you will:

• Report to our Head of HR North America and be part of an incredible Global People Team that stretches between NYC, London, and Copenhagen.
• Help to develop and evolve our Talent Acquisition Strategy. 
• Manage the full recruiting cycle for open positions across our the US org, starting at the entry level and going up to the most senior level hires.
• Regularly hire sales people at varying levels to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
• Proactively source sales talent using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter while also managing inbound applications daily.
• Review resumes and pre-screen qualified candidates; manage interview scheduling and move the hiring process forward in a timely manner.
• Take a data driven approach to intelligent hiring as part of our TA strategy.
• Partner with department heads to build strong relationships to be a trusted hiring partner.
• Input and manage all candidate flow through our applicant tracking system (ATS), Greenhouse
• Ensure that all candidates have a positive and productive experience interviewing with Trustpilot whether they are hired or not.
• Attend networking and hiring events to grow your professional network.
• Be creative in candidate sourcing to tap into the very best talent.
• Utilize social media to build content that contributes to our Employer Brand.

Qualifications:

• 4 year college degree
• 1-3 years of recruiting experience in a staffing agency or corporate recruiting experience
• Drive to be successful 
• Ability to manage several different tasks simultaneously, all while maintaining a high level of professionalism
• Ability to adapt to changing hiring needs as we scale
• Excellent communication skills, as well as being able to give all tasks a high attention to detail
• Prior experience using LinkedIn Recruiter as a sourcing tool is a plus
• At your best when you're working in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of the SaaS industry is a plus
• Working knowledge of Greenhouse is a plus
