As a Technical Recruiter, you will partner with the Engineering & Product teams to execute our hiring goals for a dynamic, growing business. You will also build internal and external relationships to establish a strong and respected presence in the tech community.
About You:
- 2+ years experience actively sourcing and engaging active/passive talent
- Experience recruiting and hiring all levels of technical candidates such as: Sr. Full Stack Web Developers, Product Managers, Network Engineers, IT Techs, to name a few.
- Experience launching hiring events utilizing strong marketing techniques
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for technical recruiting and providing amazing customer service
- Attention to detail with exceptional analytical and process management skills
- Skilled at partnering with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer expectations
- Strong technical sourcing skills with a track record of implementing innovative and effective strategies for sourcing passive candidates
- Focus on results, ability to drive the recruiting process and provide responsive follow-up to both candidates and hiring teams
- Experience with low-med-high volume hiring
- Successful and demonstrated experience with University recruiting
