About the role.
Lively is looking to hire a Technical Sourcer to drive our efforts to scale our Engineering, Product and other technical functions. You will identify and assess top talent for our Tech teams, working closely with recruiters and technical leads to develop and execute strategies to locate and attract candidates.
What you’ll do.
- Develop technical talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Craft and send messages to potential candidates on professional networks and social media (i.e. LinkedIn)
- Efficiently source candidates across multiple channels
- Quickly build relationships with candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers
- Efficiently source candidates across multiple channels, identifying and advocating for strong fits
- Assist in managing our ATS (Greenhouse experience is a huge plus!)
- Support other Recruiting and People Team initiatives.
What you’ll bring.
- 2+ years professional sourcing or recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting technical talent in a fast-paced environment
- Experience sourcing candidates on LinkedIn and with other “out of the box” platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High EQ and ability to build trusting relationships quickly
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
