Moda Operandi is in search of a best-in-class Technical Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will be responsible for strategically identifying and engaging top Tech talent as we scale the Moda team. Our Technical Sourcer will be critical in driving sourcing strategies and managing the pipelines for Engineering, Product, IT, Data Science and Analytics.

You have:

• 3+ years total professional experience in sourcing talent
• A deep understanding of sourcing strategies and tools to engage passive candidates
• A broad understanding of the standards and trends in software engineering across a variety of domains
• Strong interpersonal and consultative skills
• Experience with scheduling tools and/or ATS systems (Greenhouse a huge plus!)
• A background in building teams for tech-driven businesses
• Extensive knowledge of networking platforms, online communities, conferences, and other potential sourcing pools used to discover senior-level technical talent
