- Assist the HSE Director with implementation and utilization of the HSE Program.
- Learn understand and support HSEMS Program regarding HSE strategy, standards, guidelines, and compliance
- Comply with JLL HSE procedures and requirements.
- Provide HSE support and documentation for accounts and respective engineering teams.
- Provide record keeping of evidence of HSE program for HSE Director and Engineering staff.
- Identify, understand, and attain all client requirements or expectations related to HSE.
- Ensure the JLL HSEMS (HSE Platform Management System) requirements are aligned to client HSE requirements for an effective, account specific HSE program.
- Align client HSE requirements with the JLL HSEMS processes and procedures.
- Coordinate and communicate safety initiatives (or similar) across all departments on-site to ensure maximum benefit.
- Administration of MyLearning assignments to align with Training plans. Support the delivery of account HSE training plans to corresponding local team.
- Create reports from MyLearning LMS system. Support and ensure employee training efforts are completed.
- Support HSE Director to implement adequate processes and support accident reporting investigation and management.
- Participate in investigations, root cause analyses and corrective actions assignment and tracking to completion for accidents, injuries and other significant HSE events (e.g., agency violations or citations). Ensure OSHA (in U.S.) recording of injuries (by accounts) is properly categorized and AIMS is used to report. Refer to the Prompt Reporting of Significant HSE Incidents procedure, HSE-17.01, and HSE-17.02, HSE Incident Reporting and Investigation procedure.
- Assist HSE Director to implement effective systems for monitoring and reviewing account HSE performance.
- Monitor account HSE performance and subsequently communicate performance reports to HSE Director.
- Coordinate with client HSE leads, HSE Central Platform Team, and other Account HSE Managers. Attend HSE meetings both internal and corp. platform.
- Support annual account HSE plans, incorporating both IFM and account objectives.
- Undertake, record, and maintain a site-specific HSE risk assessments as per the OCP.
- Ensure support of client HSE inspections and auditing programs as required. Ensure account sites are actively participating in all JLL-required HSE compliance evaluation processes (e.g., the OCP).
- Ensure that all that all HSE incidents are documented, completed, reported, investigated and appropriate follow-up action identified and completed. Participate in any investigations. (e.g., agency violations and OSHA citations)
- Participate in root cause analyses and corrective action(s) assignment and tracking to completion for incidents and other significant HSE events (e.g., agency violations or citations). Ensure OSHA recording of injuries (by accounts) is properly categorized and CMO is used to report. Ensure spills are reported in CMO. Refer to the Prompt Reporting of Significant HSE Incidents procedure, HSE-17.01, and HSE-17.02, HSE Incident Reporting and Investigation procedure.
- Ensure there is a process in place to address the HSE risks associated with any work activity and that they are assessed at the planning and implementation stages and appropriate action taken. JSA/JHA
- Assist with reporting and communications to employees and account leadership on matters of HSE. Promptly address any HSE concerns raised by employees.

Estimated compensation for this position:
130,000.00 – 143,000.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
