OVERVIEW

The Human Resources Sourcing Coordinator - Recruiting will work closely with the HR Recruiting Team to actively build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for open recruiting roles across multiple administrative departments by sourcing, screening and identifying top talent. 

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Identifies, researches, and develops passive talent pipelines using advanced sourcing strategies;
  • Utilizes creative sourcing techniques to attract and engage passive candidates;
  • Conducts thorough research and market analysis to identify top talent and industry trends;
  • Builds and maintains relationships with potential candidates, understanding their career aspirations and motivations;
  • Develops and maintains pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future openings;
  • Collaborates with the Recruiting team to develop and execute sourcing strategies that aligns with business needs;
  • Stays updated on industry best practices and continuously improve sourcing strategies;
  • Conducts exploratory outreach and brief phone screens to assess candidate interest, qualifications, and availability;
  • Presents qualified talent leads to recruiters with clear notes, insights, and context;
  • Partners with recruiters to calibrate candidate profiles and align sourcing efforts with business needs;
  • Liaises, schedules and conducts new job search kick-off meetings with agencies;
  • Communicates job search feedback from candidates to HR Recruiting Team and Hiring Managers, when applicable;
  • Conducts applicant assessments prior to handing candidate off to Recruiter, when applicable;
  • Keeps sourcing activities organized and current, including LinkedIn Projects and related tracking tools;
  • Maintains accurate candidate records and updates candidate status in real-time through iCIMS (ATS); and
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Associate’s degree required, Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred;
  • 1+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, preferably in a corporate or agency setting;
  • Strong research and sourcing skills, including use of tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter;
  • Proven ability to identify and attract passive candidates through multiple sourcing channels;
  • Ability to work well under pressure and coordinate several activities at one time;
  • Excellent grammar, proofreading, communication and organizational skills;
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel;
  • Capable of solving problems and meeting strict deadlines;
  • Ability to deal discreetly with confidential information; and
  • Ability to work overtime as needed.

This position is located in our New York office. The hours for this position are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The estimated salary range for this position is $70,000 to $85,000 plus overtime. The actual salary offered will be based on a wide range of factors, including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and where applicable, licensure or certification obtained. Market and Firm factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and discretionary bonus(es), we offer a generous employee benefits package including, but not limited to, paid time off, medical, dental, vision care, 401(k) and substantial health club discounts.
