Business UnitWhat the Role Entails

1. Lead ima International Strategy Planning and Market Expansion: Develop clear product positioning, market entry strategies, and long-term development roadmap based on the company's global expansion strategy and international market demands. Deeply understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and user preferences in target markets. Identify growth opportunities and drive their implementation.

2. Manage the Entire Product Lifecycle: Oversee the planning, iteration, and optimization of the international version of ima. Build an AI Native operational workflow, collaborate closely with R&D and design teams, monitor development progress and quality. Continuously adjust product strategy and iteration plans based on user feedback and data analysis to enhance user experience and market competitiveness.

3. Technical Insight and Business Integration: Stay updated on global AI technology frontiers and competitor movements to ensure ima's technological edge. Understand and promote the application and optimization of core AI capabilities (such as Agents, RAG, Knowledge Base Management) in international scenarios. 4. Cross-functional Collaboration and Ecosystem Building: Act as the business core to effectively coordinate resources across departments, collaborating with strategy, marketing, R&D, and other teams to drive the execution of key projects in overseas markets. Gradually build and maintain international partnerships and market influence.

Who We Look For

1. 5+ years of relevant work experience in internet, AI products, or strategic analysis. Experience at renowned companies or within the consulting industry is preferred.

2. Extensive experience in international markets, with a deep understanding of user ecosystems, market regulations, and cultural nuances in at least one major overseas region (e.g., North America, Europe, Southeast Asia). Experience in successful 0-to-1 market entry for AI or internet products is highly valued.

3. Entrepreneurial experience or a strong entrepreneurial mindset is preferred. We appreciate the ability to think independently, break new ground, and pioneer in uncertain environments.

4. Passion for the AI industry, with continuous learning and sharp insights into cutting-edge technologies like LLMs, Agents, and RAG.

5. Familiarity with key AI product development technology stacks, such as Prompt Engineering, LLM fine-tuning, AI Agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen), knowledge base management, and vector retrieval, enabling effective communication with technical teams.

6. Excellent data analysis skills, proficient in using analytical tools (e.g., SQL, Python) to drive business decisions.

7. Exceptional strategic thinking and business acumen: able to accurately diagnose the industry, provide insights, and formulate executable business plans.

8. Outstanding leadership and communication skills: capable of conducting department-level presentations independently, collaborating efficiently with internal and external teams, and driving goal achievement.

9. Strong self-motivation and resilience: open-minded, action-oriented, able to remain positive and optimistic in a fast-paced, challenging environment, and lead the team to overcome difficulties.

The expected base pay range for this position in the location(s) listed above is $137,300.00 to $258,700.00 per year. Actual pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Employees hired for this position may be eligible for a sign on payment, relocation package, and restricted stock units, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Subject to the terms and conditions of the plans in effect, hired applicants are also eligible for medical, dental, vision, life and disability benefits, and participation in the Company’s 401(k) plan. The Employee is also eligible for up to 15 to 25 days of vacation per year (depending on the employee’s tenure), up to 13 days of holidays throughout the calendar year, and up to 10 days of paid sick leave per year. Your benefits may be adjusted to reflect your location, employment status, duration of employment with the company, and position level.
