The Implementation Consultant guides clients through the implementation lifecycle of the Bridge LMS, ensuring integration aligns with client needs while managing expectations and project tasks.
Position Summary
The Implementation Consultant is responsible for guiding new and existing clients through the entire implementation lifecycle of the Bridge LMS platform. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and strong client-facing communication to ensure a smooth transition and successful integration tailored to each client's unique organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement and Consulting
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase.
- Conduct needs analysis and discovery sessions to understand client goals, business processes, and technical requirements.
- Provide expert guidance and best practices on configuring Bridge LMS features (e.g., courses, groups, roles, reporting) to align with client strategies.
- Manage client expectations and project scope throughout the implementation.
Training and Handoff
- Develop and deliver tailored training sessions for client administrators and end-users.
- Create comprehensive documentation, including configuration guides and process workflows, to support the client's long-term use of the system.
- Ensure a smooth transition of the client account to the Account Management and Support teams post-implementation.
Project Management
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports for multiple simultaneous implementations.
- Facilitate regular project meetings and provide timely updates on progress, risks, and challenges to both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Document all implementation activities, decisions, and configurations in the internal tracking system of Harvest.
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing Learning Management Systems (LMS), HRIS, or similar enterprise software solutions.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage scope, timeline, and client expectations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
