The Implementation Specialist works closely with our sales, product and support teams to successfully implement Lumivero’s software and services to customers, collaborating to deliver exceptional outcomes for their organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Project managing implementations of the Lumivero’s software and associated services and being involved in ongoing support needs when required.
- Marshalling resources to ensure that all aspects of the project are successful, on time, and on budget.
- Onboarding (training & coaching).
- Workshops with customers to ascertain how they should use the software, and configuring it to meet their business needs.
- Scoping and delivering custom requirements (e.g. reports / forms, custom training).
- Enabling our customers to perform successful risk management, through delivery of additional services post-implementation.
- Cascade customer “user stories” to help the product & marketing teams shape the product roadmap.
- Helping stakeholders to upgrade or to switch from existing systems to Lumivero’s solutions.
- Creating and updating implementation materials (e.g., training materials, process documents).
- Pre-sales support to the Sales team on implementation questions that are not covered in standard materials.
