Job Description:
DTN is seeking an experienced Implementation Specialist to join our Professional Services team and support the successful deployment of enterprise-grade SaaS and RaaS solutions for global customers. This role plays a critical part in bridging technical implementation and business value realization, helping customers achieve rapid adoption, operational efficiency, and long-term success with DTN solutions.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical aptitude, customer engagement skills, project management capabilities, and implementation expertise to deliver seamless customer onboarding, configuration, integration, testing, and training experiences.
What You Will Be Responsible For
- Partner with customers to understand business requirements, operational workflows, and technical objectives
- Translate customer requirements into implementation designs and configuration plans
- Configure DTN platforms to support customer use cases, integrations, workflows, and data mapping requirements
- Develop and execute testing strategies to validate implementation quality and functionality
- Execute implementation plans aligned to customer business goals and timelines
- Support development of implementation documentation, best practices, and training materials
- Collaborate with customers on technical migrations, organizational adoption, and change management activities
- Assist in developing project plans, RACIs, and customer implementation strategies
- Lead customer meetings, stand-ups, and implementation status reviews
- Identify and resolve implementation, integration, and adoption issues throughout the deployment lifecycle
- Proactively manage implementation risks, dependencies, and roadblocks
- Deliver customer training and knowledge transfer to support adoption and self-sufficiency
- Partner cross-functionally with Project Managers, Transformation Consultants, Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure coordinated delivery
- Document implementation decisions, lessons learned, and best practices to support future enhancements and scalability
- Provide customer and implementation feedback to Product and Engineering teams to support continuous improvement
What You Will Bring to the Position
- 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing B2B SaaS or enterprise software solutions
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies and platforms
- Experience with solution design, configuration, integration, testing, and validation
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Proven project management experience with the ability to drive initiatives from planning through execution
- Experience working cross-functionally with customers, architects, project managers, and technical stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering value and driving customer success
- Bachelor’s degree required

Compensation
The targeted hiring base pay range for this position is between $58,000 and $77,000. DTN is a pay for performance organization, which means there is the opportunity to advance your compensation with performance over time. The actual base pay offered for this position will be dependent upon many factors, including but not limited to: prior work experience, training/education, transferable skills, business needs, internal equity and applicable laws. The targeted hiring base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for market competitive variable pay and benefits.
