Position Summary

The Sales Development Representative will manage inbound interest from the website, conferences, B2C product use, and other channels. The ideal candidate has some experience as an outbound or inbound SDR or BDR and can come in to contribute immediately. This person should be commercially sharp, comfortable learning a technical product, and able to operate independently within an early-stage company. We are looking for candidates who are looking to learn and grow in an Account Executive role over time.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Qualify inbound opportunities

  • Conduct discovery calls

  • Understand each prospect’s needs, buying process, and decision criteria

  • Strong data entry discipline

  • Partner AEs during opportunity handoff

  • Help improve Pangram’s sales messaging and processes

  • Share customer and market feedback with internal stakeholders

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • The ideal candidate has some prior experience interacting with prospects and customers

  • Strong work ethic and independently motivated

  • Discovery and relationship-building skills

  • Clear and confident written and verbal communication

  • High level of organization and follow-through

  • Capacity to learn a technical and data-oriented product

  • Ability to work with urgency without sacrificing quality

  • Interest in working within an early-stage company

  • Willingness to work onsite in Brooklyn

Preferred Background

  • Experience as an SDR

  • Experience conducting discovery calls or product demonstrations

  • Exposure to AI, SaaS, publishing, media, APIs, or enterprise software

Compensation

  • $75,000 - $100,000 OTE

  • Uncapped commissions

  • Equity
