The role requires strong product judgment, technical fluency in AI, consumer or prosumer experience, and comfort making tradeoffs in an early-stage environment.

Design, build, and scale backend services and APIs for an AI detection platform. Own AWS infrastructure, reliability, performance, observability, data pipelines, caching, and production model serving. Collaborate with machine learning and frontend teams, resolve scaling bottlenecks, and establish best practices for testing, deployment, and incident response.

Serve as the first point of contact for customers, resolving technical support cases across email, chat, and other channels. Troubleshoot product issues, identify trends, report and validate bugs with Product and Engineering, and maintain support documentation and playbooks. Collaborate with Sales on compliance questionnaires, vendor onboarding, and procurement requests while supporting customer satisfaction and the growth of the support function.

Own recruiting and people operations for a fast-growing AI startup. Responsibilities include developing recruitment strategies, managing full-cycle hiring, partnering with hiring managers, assessing candidates, managing job postings and recruiting metrics, coordinating events, and administering payroll, benefits, employee records, onboarding, offboarding, and equity through a PEO.

Own and evolve Pangram’s visual identity across brand, web, product, and marketing. Design and ship the main website and other brand experiences, create campaign and sales assets, establish brand guidelines, and maintain quality and consistency across touchpoints. Collaborate closely with founders, growth, product, and design teams. Preferred experience includes motion graphics, product design, user research, and evolving an in-house technology brand.

Design and maintain large-scale data pipelines to generate synthetic text, manage distributed multi-GPU LLM training infrastructure, profile and optimize training and inference code, and deploy efficient inference pipelines for serving LLMs in production. Collaborate across research and engineering and contribute to publishing research and innovations.

Lead and build the paid acquisition function: run Google Ads end-to-end, launch and test paid social channels (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok), brief and iterate on creative/copy/landing pages, run weekly experiments, and measure conversions while optimizing CAC, payback, and LTV for consumer and B2B audiences.
