What You'll Do:
- Use Bazaarvoice tools to find and manage nano to macro creators across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube.
- Coach creators through content creation and approval processes.
- Lead meetings with brand partners to align on campaign objectives, deliverables, and results.
- Work with teams across sales, legal, finance, and client services to support campaign planning, budgets, logistics, and reporting.
- Partner with product, engineering, and product marketing teams to provide the voice of the customer and improve our products to meet the needs of the rapidly evolving creator marketing industry.
What You'll Bring:
- 2 - 4 years of experience working with creators or influencers on social platforms (internships included) as a Strategist, Talent Manager, Account Manager, Influencer Marketing Coordinator or similar.
- Passion for social media and creator marketing, with an interest in learning and staying up to date on trends and best practices.
- Strong organizational and project management skills. Able to plan, track, and communicate clearly and meet deadlines independently.
- Dynamic and resourceful, with the ability to problem solve and suggest creative solutions.
- Comfort discussing five-figure deal terms with brands, influencers, and agencies, with support from leadership and Sales.
- Comfortable working with global teams and a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Fluent in English, written and spoken. Other language skills are a plus!
