In this role, you will collaborate with colleagues across various Home Services programs to develop and communicate actionable data-driven insights and outcomes. Your audience will include both internal stakeholders (e.g., leadership, employees, etc.) and external parties (e.g., producer partners, policyholders, etc.).

What you’d be doing:

  • Partner cross-functionally with sales, marketing, policy services, and innovation to enable successful program launches and ongoing adoption.
  • Help test new messaging and use findings to optimize engagement strategies and tactics.
  • Create engaging materials (presentations, impactful visualizations, reports, and other communications) that deliver insights about Home Services initiatives to executive-level stakeholders.
  • Support storytelling efforts for our team by crafting clear and compelling narratives that connect data, customer insights, and program outcomes to highlight impact.

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in project management, communications, customer experience, or process improvement.
  • Experience translating quantitative and qualitative data into clear, compelling insights for stakeholders.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across a diverse group of stakeholders to develop impactful content.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.

Highly preferred candidates also have:

  • Experience in property and casualty insurance, Insurtech, or related industries.
  • Familiarity with behavioral economics or change management practices.
  • Understanding of customer experience or user journey mapping, especially identifying friction points and designing improvements to influence outcomes.

At SageSure, the Home Services team is reimagining what it means to protect and empower homeowners. We’re not just offering insurance, we’re delivering smart, proactive solutions that help policyholders maintain their homes, avoid costly damage, and enjoy greater peace of mind. By piloting cutting-edge products, leveraging smart technology, and building powerful partnerships, we’re creating a new standard for the homeowner experience. Join us and be part of a fast-growing team that’s shaping the future of home services — one innovative idea at a time.
