The Role
Blue Owl is seeking an Analyst to join its Institutional Capital Global Operations team, supporting our centralized Diligence and RFP function. This role works closely with senior leaders to aggregate operational and investment content for client diligence and reporting. It’s an excellent opportunity to gain exposure across multiple asset classes and grow within a fast-paced, innovative platform.
Responsibilities
Support operational and investment due diligence across Credit, GP Strategic Capital, Real Assets, and Insurance Solutions
Drive fundraising and client service through DDQ, RFP, and ODD response processes
Develop and maintain diligence materials and centralized content repository
Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts to ensure timely, accurate updates
Build knowledge of fund products, strategies, and operational processes.
Maintain consultant databases and reporting accuracy
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
2–5 years in asset management operations or performance analysis
Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams, including senior management.
Detail-oriented, able to multitask and manage changing priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; resourceful and solution driven
High integrity and discretion with sensitive information
The base annual salary range for this New York-based position will be $85,000 to $100,000. Actual salary offered will be based on the candidate’s skill, experience, and qualification for the role. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, based on factors such as individual and team performance.
