The role oversees tax compliance for various products, drives process improvements, reviews tax allocations, assists in structuring investments, and engages in investor correspondence.

The Associate will support sales analytics, reporting, and data operations for the Private Wealth team, ensuring data accuracy and developing reports to inform business decisions.

Plan, manage, and execute proprietary institutional events and conference activations to support fundraising and brand awareness. Own project timelines, speaker logistics, on-site coordination, stakeholder collaboration, marketing collateral needs, compliance approvals, and post-event follow-up and evaluation to ensure seamless client experiences.

Support investor relations and product management for Credit strategies: drive fundraising support, investor communications, reporting, diligence responses, LPAC and fund lifecycle processes, and cross-functional coordination to deliver high-quality investor-facing materials and engagement.

Support Institutional Capital for the Real Assets platform by creating and maintaining marketing and due diligence materials, preparing RFP/DDQ responses, producing quarterly investor reporting, coordinating investor meetings and roadshows, partnering cross-functionally to source data, tracking competitive intelligence, and contributing to ad hoc projects.

Lead the firm's legal entity management function, design and enforce data governance and auditable workflows in GEMS, reconcile entity data across systems, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, drive process improvements, support system updates and testing, and ensure compliance with regulatory and audit standards (including SOX).
