What you’ll own:
• Institutional onboarding (FCMs, market makers, enterprise participants)
• FIX/API connectivity testing & certification
• Trading, clearing, and settlement support
• Daily coverage of key institutional partners
• Operational monitoring, anomaly detection, & escalation workflows
• Relationship management, structured feedback loops, and account health
• Playbook creation, SOPs, and institutional documentation
• Cross-functional coordination with Engineering, Control Desk, Markets, Finance, and Compliance
What you bring:
• 5+ years in a DCM, ATS, FCM, broker-dealer, market-maker, or fintech exchange environment
• Strong understanding of the trade lifecycle + clearing flows
• Technical literacy (FIX sessions, API connectivity, order routing)
• Ability to communicate with traders, engineers, quants, and compliance teams alike
• High EQ, impeccable organization, and comfort operating in a fast-moving regulated environment
• Bonus: experience in prediction markets, derivatives, or event contracts
