Job Overview
An Instructional Designer within Marketing creates, modifies, and enhances a diverse selection of curriculum for the purpose of training various audience. Content Designers will also support various education initiatives, outsite of academic work. This role is responsible for communicating with stakeholders regarding project material, subject matter and deadlines; then designing curriculum to fit the needs of the customer.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop videos and interactive content
  • Maintain content lifecycle for T-Ads Vistar Academy: plan, design, develop and update courses to ensure accuracy, relevance, and brand consistency.
  • Own the end-to-end experience within courses, ensuring content is intuitive, engaging and aligned to different learning styles (visual, hands-on, self-paced, etc.)
  • Support collaboration cross-functionally with Digital Marketing, Creative, Product Marketing and Customer Success to align messaging and maintain consistency.
  • curriculum.
  • Oversee translation workflows to ensure content quality in multiple languages. Collaborate with translators
    to ensure accuracy, tone and regional relevance.

Education and Work Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)

    Base Pay Range: $60,500 - $109,200

    Corporate Bonus Target: 10%

    The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

    At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
