About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

Salesforce is seeking a highly motivated Associate Manager passionate about project management, collaboration, and operational excellence. The Keynote Production Team produces industry-leading keynote experiences that are the ultimate expression of the Salesforce brand, culture, and core values. Drawing from best practices in television, music, and entertainment, the team creates live, impactful global keynotes that engage in-room and online audiences.

As an Associate Manager, you will primarily operate as the #2 to the Keynote Lead—a critical role responsible for managing core partner relationships and driving keynotes forward. This position calls for a high-performing, high-EQ individual contributor who brings precision, reliability, and genuine investment in the team's way of working. Excellent communication skills, acute attention to detail, unshakable nerves, and a deep commitment to collaborative practices are essential to delivering world-class Salesforce events.

Responsibilities: What impact will you make?
  • Program Leadership: Operate as the #2 lead on assigned programs across World Tours, Internal Events, Paid Events, and Dreamforce.

  • Partner & Deliverable Management: Manage partners and deliverables across Main Keynote content, demo tech, demo speaker management, video production, broadcast partnerships, and other show-critical areas.

  • Executive & Financial Support: Support the Keynote Lead on executive communications and budget management.

  • Stakeholder Coordination: Lead planning calls with core stakeholders regarding content specifications, deliverable deadlines, and asset collection.

  • Creative Collaboration: Lead brainstorms with content owners and demo teams, contributing a perspective grounded in team best practices and historical knowledge.

  • Operations & AI Workflows: Develop workback schedules for programs and top team initiatives, including AI-driven workflow improvements that reduce operational load for program teams.

  • Best Practices & Standards: Create and maintain Keynote Best Practices for leadership-priority execution areas.

  • Status & Communications: Keep the team updated daily on progress, status, issues, and troubleshooting.

  • Global Travel: Travel to 8+ global events per year.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in live production.

  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects with multiple moving parts simultaneously.

  • Strategic Flexibility: Ability to operate equally well at 30,000 feet and in the weeds—and knows instinctively when to shift.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with executive-level stakeholders, vendors, and team members at all levels.

  • Execution & Accountability: Highly organized, detail-focused, results-driven, and accountable under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.

  • Team-First Mindset: A true collaborator who is service-oriented, fully invested in the team's success, and understands no job is too small.

  • Adaptability: Demonstrates a "beginner's mind"—commits to fully learning the team's established ways of working before applying their own perspective.

  • Travel & Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel 30–40%.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with or for a technology company.

  • Strong deck development and executive-level writing skills.

  • Hands-on experience in live keynote production.

  • Familiarity with AI tools and an active interest in applying them to production workflows.
