What you’ll be doing...

The Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) organization is responsible for leading all integrated marketing programs across the Central Marketing Organization (CMO) and Verizon Consumer Groups
(the Business Units), utilizing the full breadth of the Google Suite with an AI-centric approach. You will lead the Integrated Marketing and GTM initiatives for the Mobile & Home portfolio.

This position will require the selectee to introduce AI processes into the marketing lifecycle, specifically by architecting automated workflows that streamline go-to-market execution, optimize resource allocation through
predictive analytics, and utilize generative AI tools to accelerate creative versioning and performance reporting for end to end execution for their respected portfolio. In this role, you will partner with
stakeholders across the Central Marketing Organization (CMO) and various Business Units on strategic briefings. Serving as the primary point of contact for all campaign updates, you will ensure
internal and external stakeholders receive consistent and accurate information. Furthermore, you will utilize your expertise with AI tools to manage project timelines and ensure the flawless execution of all
marketing initiatives.. You will additionally work closely with our 3rd party partners to ensure alignment on creative direction, legal approvals, and marketing plan optimization.

Your role will involve the strategic planning, management, and reporting of multi-channel campaigns of high complexity. These initiatives are designed to bolster brand awareness and stimulate demand while
extracting customer insights to guide future strategy, all while utilizing AI as a foundational component. You will have the authority and independence to ensure that requirements, communication
opportunities and risks of the various objectives are identified, managed and completed in a timely fashion in order to achieve on time completion of the program and its phases. This role requires the
ability to work efficiently, effectively and strategically in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Master the application of Artificial Intelligence through the utilization of Google's suite of AI products and tools

  • Efficiently integrate workflows centered on AI-first technological solutions

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business Units, Creative, Media, Retail, Social, PR, Events, CRM, L&D, GTC) and orchestrate end-to-end strategic planning and execution.

  • Author and present Execution briefs for new initiatives to multiple audiences from working team to executive level overviews.

  • Centralize and project manage launch and marketing campaign details, acting as the single point of contact for up-to-date, accurate information in order to deliver a cohesive campaign.

  • Own day-to-day stakeholder communications and manage creative/asset reviews, coordinate meetings and logistics, keep detailed and organized project tracking.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.

  • Expert Google AI Skills: Practical experience with Gemini Advanced, Vertex AI, and Gemini Notebook, including prompt logic, RAG, and autonomous agents.

  • Experience working with creative/design teams, traditional & digital media, digital/cx platforms, marketing research, research strategy, or consumer research methodologies.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.

  • Master’s degree or MBA.

  • Google AI Certifications

  • Experience leading a team

  • Experience translating market knowledge and strategy into compelling stories

  • Digital experience of trends and key business drivers.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Experience presenting findings and insights to a targeted audience (up to the executive level).

  • Agency or consultant experience.

Where you’ll be working
In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager. Employees are responsible for maintaining compliance with hybrid work policies.

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.

The annual salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $115,500.00 - $201,000.00.
