JPMorganChase has just announced a landmark Olympic and Paralympic sponsorship – one of the most prestigious partnerships in global sports – and we're hiring a strategic leader who will help bring it to life in market.

As a Integrated Marketing Manager Vice President on the Paid Media team, you'll lead the strategic planning and operational delivery of media campaigns powering the firm's Olympic and Paralympic activations from torch to closing ceremony, and every cultural moment in between. You'll partner with Lines of Business, senior internal stakeholders, world-class external agencies, rights holders, and broadcast partners to align priorities, navigate complex approvals, and execute high-visibility campaigns the world will see. This is a career-defining seat. The Olympic and Paralympic Games are the most-watched sporting events on earth and JPMorganChase's sponsorship is one of the most significant brand commitments the firm has ever made. You'll shape how an iconic institution shows up on the world's biggest stage, work alongside the best partners in sports and media, and build campaigns that millions of fans, athletes, and tastemakers will experience in real time.

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive the creative and strategic vision for how JPMorganChase shows up across Olympic media, building thought leadership around media partnerships and unique campaign concepts that maximize the value of Olympic IP.
  • Lead all Olympic broadcast integrations end-to-end with rights holder teams, including in-program features, billboards, custom vignettes, and permitted IP usage — ensuring every element honors the sponsorship agreement and delivers maximum brand visibility within contractually defined parameters.
  • Own entitlement value realization by managing fulfillment tracking against every sponsorship right, flagging shortfalls early, and partnering with rights holders to secure make-goods or alternative placements that protect the firm's investment.
  • Architect the measurement playbook: define KPIs and frameworks tailored to Olympic activations, lead real-time Games-time optimization to capitalize on cultural moments as they unfold, and deliver post-campaign reporting that quantifies business outcomes and shapes future investment decisions.
  • Safeguard brand and legal integrity by ensuring every custom media execution complies with rights clearances, likeness permissions, music licensing, and sponsorship framework restrictions before going to market, maintaining an auditable record of approvals and version control with executive-level rigor.
  • Scout and activate emerging media partners to amplify the firm's broader Sports & Entertainment sponsorship portfolio (e.g., US Open, Madison Square Garden) and on-site activations, in close coordination with those partnership teams.
  • Hold the agency-of-record relationship to the highest standard, ensuring timely execution, flawless documentation, and creative output worthy of the platform.
  • Orchestrate multi-party approval workflows across LOBs, Legal, talent representatives, and rights-holding broadcasters, establishing clear timelines, escalation paths, and decision authorities that prevent bottlenecks while upholding control excellence.
  • Reinvent the playbook: rethink the structure of traditional media campaigns to evolve with the rapidly changing landscape of sports consumption, streaming, and modern fan behavior, positioning JPMorganChase ahead of the curve, not chasing it.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 6+ years of paid media experience at a top-tier media agency or in-house media team, with a track record of leading work at the highest levels of brand visibility.
  • Direct, hands-on experience leading Olympic sponsorship media required: you've been in the room where the work gets made, navigated the unique complexity of IOC and rights holder partnerships, and delivered at the Games.
  • Proven mastery of complex, multi-channel media campaigns: you've owned the full arc from strategy through in-market execution to post-campaign measurement, and know what "great" looks like at every stage.
  • Senior-level stakeholder navigator with the executive presence to manage many partners, teams, and agendas simultaneously: and the judgment to know what to escalate, when, and to whom.
  • Battle-tested large-scale project management chops, with a history of leading high-stakes, high-visibility initiatives on time, on budget, and on brand.
  • Insatiably curious about emerging media opportunities, with a sharp eye for evaluating, curating, and championing partners that will define what's next.
  • Deep, current expertise in sports media including the broadcast, streaming, social, and creator ecosystems shaping how modern fans consume the games they love.
  • Fluent operator inside complex, multi-brand enterprises: you understand how to move work through matrixed organizations, align competing priorities, and get to "yes" without compromising quality or controls.
