We are seeking a driven and dynamic Integration Engineer to join our team. This role provides an exceptional opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute meaningfully to data-driven integration services. The chosen candidate will need to analyze, develop, and execute test cases, thereby ensuring adequate configuration and seamless integration of our network systems. In addition to this, the role demands a meticulous adherence to our group directives, legal, and financial requirements. What you will do:- Prepare, collect, and validate scripts and configurations to ensure accuracy.- Develop and execute test cases to guarantee quality and efficiency of delivery.- Conduct troubleshooting to diagnose and rectify issues or escalate where necessary.- Carry out integration and migration tasks in line with our process framework and contractual obligations.- Ensure that Operating System (OS), Hardware (HW), Software (SW), licenses, and configuration data is up-to-date and in the correct format.
The skills you bring:- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Systems or related Engineering.- Fluent English skills.- Knowledge of scripting for telecommunications fields.- Basic experience in customer support.- Programming and consultative Skills.- Automation.- Troubleshooting experience.- Service Improvement.- Data Analytics.- Customer Insights.- Stakeholder Management.- Able to shift turns and weekends availability.- Team player.- Solid communication skills at different levels.- Flexibility to rotate shifts and work weekends when required
