The Integrations Leader leads the design and execution of legal-entity integrations, separations, and optimization initiatives across the enterprise. Reporting to the Global Leader, M&A Integrations & Reporting, this role manages a mixed on‑shore and off‑shore team responsible for transaction execution, entity eliminations, carve-outs, dispositions, and structural simplification activities.

You will ensure consistent, scalable, and high-quality delivery by owning the Integration Playbook, partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders, and embedding continuous improvement into our integration approach.

We will count on you to:

  • Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing team (on‑shore and off‑shore) responsible for integration delivery, resourcing, and operational execution.
  • Own and evolve the Integration & LEO Playbooks and operating models to drive standardization, scalability, adoption, and repeatability across transactions.

  • Partner closely with senior stakeholders in Finance, Legal, HR, IT, Tax, Treasury and business units to align integration and separation plans, governance, milestones, and accountability.
  • Oversee legal entity integration governance, milestone tracking, risk identification, and issue escalation to deliver on cost, timeline, and quality objectives.
  • Serve as the escalation point for structural entity elimination challenges.
  • Drive continuous improvement into future transactions.
  • Represent the Integrations function in senior leadership forums and cross‑functional governance meetings.

What you need to have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in legal‑entity integrations, separations, corporate restructuring, or related integration roles within large, global organizations.

What makes you stand out:

  • CPA or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, tax restructuring considerations, intercompany accounting, and ERP/finance systems implications in integrations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional programs and to build and operationalize playbooks, frameworks, and repeatable processes.
  • Strong executive presence, excellent communication skills, and proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment.
  • Track record managing and developing distributed teams and scaling capability across geographies.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, complex environment and working across time zones with global teams.
  • A strategic thinker with operational rigor and a strong track record of delivering complex legal‑entity integrations or separations end‑to‑end.
  • Ability to balance speed, risk, and cost trade‑offs and to translate issues into pragmatic execution plans.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on scalability, automation, and innovation to drive better outcomes across repeated transactions.
