Support credit department with portfolio reporting, financial analysis, underwriting observation, annual commercial credit reviews, cash flow and covenant worksheets, and covenant testing and data entry.
Job Summary & ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Portfolio management reporting.
- Perform financial analysis on credits.
- Assist and observe the commercial lending underwriting process.
- Assist the credit department on their annual review of commercial credits.
- Prepare cash flows, debt to income, and loan to value worksheets.
- Enter data for financial covenants.
- Financial Covenant review, input, and testing.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office product suite.
- Detail oriented and organized.
- Ability to work independently or in a team setting.
- Problem solving skills.
- Displays a high level of confidentiality.
Required Experience:
- High school diploma or GED and enrollment in a 2 or 4-year degree program.
- Enrollment in a 4-year college or university with a concentration in Economics, Finance, or Business preferred.
