From product innovation to data science, marketing, engineering, and beyond—you’ll work on real projects, solve real problems, and contribute to meaningful work that supports our mission. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Support the Product Marketing team in planning and executing go-to-market campaigns for new and existing MoneyLion products and features across email, in-app, web, and social channels. 

  • Conduct market and competitive research to inform positioning, messaging, and campaign strategy, and synthesize findings into clear summaries for stakeholders. 

  • Track campaign and channel performance, helping compile and maintain reports on key metrics such as engagement, conversion, and retention to identify optimization opportunities. 

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support launch readiness, ensure message consistency, and keep timelines and deliverables organized. 

 

Who You Are 

  • A current undergraduate or graduate student, rising junior/senior preferred in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field. 

  • Strong interest in product marketing, fintech, and customer-focused digital experiences; excited to learn how marketing, product, and data come together to drive growth. 

  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic, fast paced high- tech environment 

  • Self-starter who’s not afraid to try innovative ideas and learn by doing 

  • Visionary leader with a strategic mindset and a passion for leveraging data to drive decision making  

 

Skills: 

  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for compelling storytelling and on-brand messaging. 

  • Solid analytical skills; comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic data sets to interpret trends and performance metrics. 

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Collaborative, proactive, and curious mindset; willing to test new ideas, incorporate feedback, and work cross-functionally to solve problems.

Internship Program Details

  • Duration: 10 weeks 

  • Location: Onsite NYC Office 5 days per week 

  • Pay Rate:  $30.00 per hour
