Responsibilities
- Assist with Email Marketing Campaigns: Support in the execution of email marketing campaigns aimed at customer acquisition and subscriber growth. Help with the development of content, reviewing performance metrics, and ensuring campaigns are delivered on schedule.
- Collaborate with Creative Teams: Work with the internal creative services team to help generate content ideas and assist with the creation of email copy and designs. Assist in writing and reviewing copy, providing feedback on asset development.
- Quality Control and Proofreading: Assist with reviewing emails to ensure accuracy, proper grammar, and adherence to brand guidelines. Help traffic materials to the email agency and maintain clear and open communication on project status.
- Support Project Management: Help with organizing and tracking campaign deliverables, including preparing presentation materials, campaign recaps, and maintaining timelines. Manage daily administrative tasks related to the execution of marketing campaigns.
- Legal and Compliance Assistance: Support in ensuring email marketing materials comply with legal requirements, and assist in interfacing with the legal team for approvals and review.
- General Marketing Assistance: Assist the marketing manager with additional tasks, such as supporting Direct Mail marketing efforts, organizing campaign data, and helping track campaign performance.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in marketing, with an eagerness to learn and develop marketing skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
