The NFL is hiring an Associate for its International Media Strategy & Business Development Team, whose core mandate is to oversee strategy, deal execution, and licensing of NFL content outside of the US, to grow the NFL’s popularity in international markets and deliver long-term value for the League and its 32 Clubs. 

This role will support cross-functional coordination across content operations, ad operations, and stakeholder communications to ensure a high-quality fan experience and delivery against global DTC and League objectives.  The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a solid foundation in analysis and execution, who can deliver high-quality first-pass outputs and is eager to refine and scale those skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day operational execution with the League’s global DTC streaming partner, including coordination of content delivery and creative review workflows.
  • Support the alignment and scaling of international initiatives by coordinating stakeholders and supporting adoption of standardized operating processes.
  • Identify opportunities and propose recommendations to improve overall DTC fan experience and team workflows.
  • Prepare recurring performance reporting, including weekly senior executive updates, internal performance summaries, and customized reporting for Clubs and local markets.
  • Manage allocated advertising inventory for the NFL’s global DTC streaming partner, including stadium inventory for International Games and digital inventory across NFL.com, the NFL app, and OnePass.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-3+ years of experience in product management, operations, corporate strategy, or a related role supporting cross-functional stakeholders. Streaming/media experience preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with experience producing high-quality initial analyses and executive-ready materials

Terms / Expected Hours of Work

  • NFL employees are required to work 40 hours per week in-office. The role may occasionally require weekend (overtime) hours during the season.

  • Occasional international travel as needed

Salary / Pay Range

The NFL expects to hire for this position near the middle of the range. Only in truly rare and exceptional circumstances, where an external candidate has experience, credentials or expertise that far exceed those required or expected for the position, would the NFL consider paying a salary or rate near the higher end of the range.
