This is a remote position.

We are seeking qualified and committed interns or entry-level resources to join our dynamic team at MasonBlue. As part of our cybersecurity and technology services organization, you will assist in supporting day-to-day customer needs, technical services, and development areas.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in providing technical support to customers, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of cybersecurity solutions and technologies.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to learn and apply best practices in cybersecurity operations.
  • Participate in project teams to support software development, testing, and deployment efforts.
  • Contribute to documentation efforts, including technical specifications, user guides, and operational procedures.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, cybersecurity threats, and emerging technologies to enhance skills and knowledge.



Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field OR recent graduate with a relevant degree.
  • Strong commitment to learning and developing technical skills in cybersecurity and technology services.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles, networking concepts, and software development fundamentals is a plus.
  • Familiarity with programming languages (Python, Java, etc.) and cybersecurity tools is advantageous.
