Internship/ Graduate Internship (3 – 6 months depending on intern availability) - based in Kuala Lumpur (Bangsar South)

 

We are opening one position within the Finance Planning & Analysis (FP&A) division to be filled by Degree students/ fresh graduates’ interns who are strongly interested in starting their medical devices industry careers. This will be a minimum 12 weeks up to 24 weeks internship program in which you will have the opportunity to support the Financial Planning & Analysis team in delivering critical financial insights and analysis to help guide strategic decision-making. This internship provides hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and data analysis in a dynamic, real-world business environment.

 

This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain firsthand experience in finance operations and gain insight into our company's approach to finance services. Ultimately, an outstanding FP&A intern should be detail-oriented and able to demonstrate excellent administrative and organizational skills

 

What would your role look like

  • Support in ad-hoc PCA calculation & housekeeping
  • Assist in spending tracking i.e. marketing spending
  • Support in data cleaning/mapping
  • Assist in reports consolidation i.e. sales estimations, budgeting
  • Participate in ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed

 

What you will bring:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial modelling is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
