Compensation: $17.00 – $20.00 / hour

Commitment: 25-40 hours/week (Summer 2026), with a transition to part-time during the academic year.

At Eulerity, we are building the future of AI-driven marketing automation. We simplify digital advertising for franchises and multi-location businesses , using machine learning and automation to help our clients scale. Behind every great startup is a rock-solid financial foundation, and our finance department is currently in a pivotal "0 to 1" phase regarding our financial infrastructure.

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented intern to join our team in our New York office and support our financial operations from the inside. This is not a passive, administrative internship. You will work directly with our Controller to keep our finance engine running—assisting with reconciliations, tracking cash flow, and learning the unique financial workflows of the AdTech industry. You will get an unfiltered look at how a high-growth startup builds its financial systems, and you will be a meaningful part of making it happen.

• 1. Accounting & Operations Support
• Assist the General Ledger: Support day-to-day accounting operations including AP/AR to ensure our books are impeccable.
• Data Integrity: Ensure all financial data is accurate and up to date within our accounting systems.
• 2. Media Spend Tracking
• Reconcile Costs: Help actively manage and reconcile high-volume pass-through media costs.
• Understand AdTech Finance: Learn and apply the difference between gross vs. net revenue in an AdTech context, ensuring client media budgets are accounted for correctly.
• 3. Financial Reporting & Strategy (Learning Track)
• Month-End Close: Support the establishment of a disciplined month-end close process to help produce timely financial statements.
• Strategic Modeling: Gain exposure to building financial models that forecast growth scenarios for long-term planning.

• You are pursuing a Finance MBA Degree
• Detail-Obsessed: You understand that in the media business, a small error in pass-through calculations can have a large impact on margins.
• Highly Organized: You thrive when managing multiple moving pieces at once and take pride in keeping things airtight. You take pride in a balanced ledger.
• Proactive by Nature: You do not wait to be told when something needs attention. You spot it, flag it, and handle it.
• Technically Curious: You are proficient in or eager to master tools like Excel and QuickBooks Online (or Xero).
• Commitment: You are ready to show up consistently and treat this role with the same seriousness as any full-time position.

• Real Finance Experience: You will be embedded in a live, fast-moving "0 to 1" financial operation—not simulating it in a classroom.
• Direct Mentorship: You will work side-by-side with our Controller, gaining visibility into how leadership navigates startup operations, cash flow management, and future fundraising.
