We are accepting applications for our virtual Journalism Fellowship. Interested candidates must be studying journalism, communications, or a related field and/or have work experience developing written and digital content and managing social media platforms.
The StartUp Health Journalism Fellowship is an immersive 12-week experience working directly with StartUp Health’s media team. If you are passionate about the intersection of health, technology, entrepreneurship and storytelling, we want to hear from you! The Fellowship is open to current undergraduate and graduate students, post-grads and those looking to gain journalism or digital health experience. Candidates must have a passion for writing and be able to work a minimum of 12 hours per week.
As a journalism fellow, you’ll write profiles and articles, interview entrepreneurs, work on social media, video and podcast campaigns. You’ll learn the ins and outs of growing and scaling a digital health startup by attending coaching sessions and expert office hours with portfolio companies. Fellows are awarded a $1,500 stipend at the completion of the program.
